Criminal Candidates in Bihar Election

As many as 154 candidates in the first round of the six-phase Bihar assembly elections are facing criminal charges, according to a report by NGOs monitoring elections. "There are 154 candidates who have pending criminal cases against them as per their self-attested under oath declarations.
Out of 

these, 97 candidates have got serious cases against them, like murder, attempt to murder, kidnapping, extortion, causing hurt by dangerous weapons, dacoity," the report by the Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR) and National Election Watch (NEW), a group of more than 1200 NGOs. The details were furnished after the NEW analysed the documents of 446 candidates of total 622 candidates contesting in the first phase of polls Oct 21.
"Out of these 154 candidates, 98 candidates have declared serious charges like murder and attempt to murder against them. Three candidates (one from Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and two independents) have declared that they have pending cases related to rape," the report said.

It is a question before Election commission that how can they allow such people in election. It is violation of constitution and we are putting another state and finally whole country in danger.

So please take some action.

Police prohibit collective recitation of ‘Hanuman Chaalisa’ by Hindus

Mumbai: Recitation of ‘Hanuman Chaalisa’ can hurt religious sentiments of followers of other religions; therefore, Hindus should not gather together to recite ‘Hanuman Chaalisa’. Police have issued notice to pro-Hindus to the above effect.

If a mosque is in Hindu locality, they bear the ‘baang’ hooted for many times every day in the mosques. They tolerate even Muslims reading ‘namaz’ on the roads. In case a Hindu dares to lodge a complaint against such things, police never pay heed; then why ban on Hindus from reciting ‘Hanuman Chaalisa’?

A notice was issued by the police to Prof. Vyankatesh Abadev, Central co-minister of VHP, Mr. Sandip Tondapurkar, President of Mumbai zone and Mr. Prabhakar Andurkar, its minister for official matters banning them from collective recitation of ‘Hanuman Chaalisa’ in the background of Court’s verdict on ‘Ram-mandir’ case in Ayodhya. It has been mentioned in this notice that ‘In the background of verdict passed by Allahabad Bench of Lucknow High Court, it has been learnt that your organization had distributed sweets on the roads, celebrated with lighting, bursting of crackers and recitation of ‘Hanuman Chaalisa’ etc. These things can hurt religious sentiments of followers of other religions leading to law and order problem.
(In a country where Hindus are in majority, they will naturally feel happy when they get permission to build ‘Ram-mandir’. It is the duty of the police to help them celebrate their joy without any fear. If the police are unable to perform their duty, they should quit their job. Is this a Muslim country run by secular Government for Muslims who are continuously suppressing religious sentiments of Hindus under the excuse of outbreak of riots? )

Curfew order has been issued on behalf of the Police Commissioner of Mumbai Suburbs between 26th September and 10th October. The order should be followed and recitation of ‘Hanuman Chaalisa’ or other act that will affect the law and order situation should not be performed.
(Those who cannot digest Hindus celebrating their joy, create law and order problems; therefore, if at all the police want to issue notice to anyone, it should be issued to Muslims and not to Hindus as Muslims always create such problems !  Therefore, you will be held responsible in case there is law and order problem anywhere. (How can the police hold Hindus responsible for everything without verifying what has happened? These are bullying tactics!

Prof. Abadev said in this regard, “The notice issued by the police on the instructions of the police Commissioner itself is hurting religious sentiments of Hindus. This should be immediately withdrawn; else VHP will take legal action. We are issuing a notice to that effect to the police.” Mr. Deepak Gaikwad, an advocate and the zonal – minister of VHP said, “Hindus have welcomed the Court’s decision with complete restraint observing the parameters of law; even then, the State Government, out of its hatred for Hindus, have issued such kind of notice.

            Washington: Former military ruler Pervez Musharraf has admitted that Pakistan had trained underground militant groups to fight in Kashmir, the first such admission by a top leader of the country.

Musharraf's candid remarks came days after he announced his return to active politics from London where he has been living in self-imposed exile.
"They (underground militant groups to fight against India in Kashmir) were indeed formed," Musharraf told German magazine Der Spiegel in an interview.
Asked why did Pakistan train militant underground groups to fight India in Kashmir, the former President said Nawaz Sharif's apathy to the Kashmir issue was one of the reasons, so was the fact that the world had turned a blind eye to the dispute.
"Yes, it is the right of any country to promote its own interests... when India is not prepared to discuss Kashmir at the United Nations and is not prepared to resolve the dispute in a peaceful manner," Musharraf claimed.
"The (Nawaz Sharif) government turned a blind eye because they wanted India to discuss Kashmir," he said.
Musharraf indicated he had no regrets for the Kargil intrusion, that led to an armed conflict with India in 1999, and argued that each country had a right to promote its national interest.
Musharraf slammed the international community, particularly the West, for persistently ignoring the Kashmir issue, and for singling out Pakistan for all blames.
"The West was ignoring the resolution of the Kashmir issue, which is the core issue of Pakistan. We expected the West -- especially the United States and important countries like Germany -- to resolve the Kashmir issue. Has Germany done that?" the former Pakistan military ruler asked.
Musharraf launched his political party the All Pakistan Muslim League in London and announced his intention to contest the 2013 election.
"The West blames Pakistan for everything. Nobody asks the Indian prime minister, why did you arm your country with a nuclear weapon? Why are you killing innocent civilians in Kashmir? Nobody was bothered that Pakistan got split in 1971 because of India's military backing for Bangladesh. The United States and Germany gave statements, but they didn't mean anything," he said.
Musharraf, who overthrew Sharif's government in a bloodless coup in 1999, had also as Army chief presided over the Kargil misadventure that had threatened to scale up into a full-fledged war between India and Pakistan.
Musharraf charged the international community of courting India for strategic deals, while treating Pakistan as a rogue state.
"Everybody is interested in strategic deals with India, but Pakistan is always seen as the rogue," Musharraf said.
The former Pakistan ruler also said the worst blunder of the US would be to quit in Afghanistan without winning.
"Then militancy will prevail not only in Pakistan, India and Kashmir, but perhaps also in Europe, the United Kingdom and in the United States. That's my belief," he said. 

Apple IPhone showing Arunachal Pradesh as part of China

Beijing (China): China has got Apple to rig the mapping application in its iPhone4 to show Arunachal Pradesh as part of its territory, according to local media reports. Apple has apparently accepted Beijing's diktat in view of its vast market potential.

"The map that comes along with the new iPhone is censored to comply with the official stance of the Chinese government on border divisions," according to one of the several local web sites and blogs including thebeijinger.com. iPhones sold in China shows Arunachal belongs to China, they said.

New users of iPhones in China also find the equipment is VPN-proof. Virtual private networks used by thousands in China to overcome the problem of censorship is not working in the case of the new phones when users try to access sites providing independent mapping services, reports say.

All Indians should boycott all Apple products who has deliberately shown Arunachal Pradesh in China. The whole world know that Arunachal Pradesh is and will be India's integral part. All Indians should force APPLE to apologise to India for such an intended mistake !
 

Christian missionaries barge in J. J. Hospital

Mumbai: Christian missionaries, after luring and converting poor tribals, have now turned to hospitals. Propagation of Christianity is going on in Sir J. J. Hospital taking advantage of helplessness of patients and their relatives. Few converted staff of the hospital has kept copies of Bible outside the hospital ward and they ask the relatives of patients to pray before Christ. It has been brought to light that such distressed people are later called to church. (It is the policy of appeasement of the anti-Hindu Congress Government that the Christians have now become so insolent that they have started going to hospitals openly and luring the distressed Hindus towards Christianity, under the guise of prayers, taking advantage of their helplessness. Hindus must curb this in time, in lawful manner ! – Editor SP)
The copies of Bible have been kept outside the ICU in J. J. Hospital. Few converted workers from this Department give the copy of Bible to patients and pray to Jesus before them. (This is an example of ‘a convert is always more fanatic’ ! – Editor SP) The copies are later kept outside the ward for relatives of the patients to see. It is impressed upon the relatives that Christianity is a religion that serves the poor and cures even serious patients. (Hindus must know that their 33 crores of Deities are capable enough to protect them; therefore, they should not fall prey to the lies told by Christian missionaries rather, pray to Deities with earnestness and experience their grace. Many Hindus are getting such experiences every day ! – Editor SP) The patients are being given the contact numbers of local missionaries. They are also appealed to visit their nearest church on Fridays for prayers. (This indicates the ploy hatched by Christians to convert Hindus. Hindus must foil such ploy in time; else, India will be Christianized one day ! )

कश्मीर की स्वायत्तता

क्या राष्ट्रीय मीडिया में "देशद्रोही" भरे पड़े हैं? सन्दर्भ - कश्मीर की स्वायत्तता… Kashmir Autonomy Proposal, Indian Media and Secularism

प्रधानमंत्री जी ने कश्मीर मुद्दे पर सभी दलों की जो बैठक बुलाई थी, उसमें उन्होंने एक बड़ी गम्भीर और व्यापक बहस छेड़ने वाली बात कह दी कि "यदि सभी दल चाहें तो कश्मीर को स्वायत्तता दी जा सकती है…", लेकिन आश्चर्य की बात है कि भाजपा को छोड़कर किसी भी दल ने इस बयान पर आपत्ति दर्ज करना तो दूर स्पष्टीकरण माँगना भी उचित नहीं समझा। प्रधानमंत्री द्वारा ऑफ़र की गई "स्वायत्तता" का क्या मतलब है? क्या प्रधानमंत्री या कांग्रेस खुद भी इस बारे में स्पष्ट है? या ऐसे ही हवा में कुछ बयान उछाल दिया? कांग्रेस वाले स्वायत्तता किसे देंगे? उन लोगों को जो बरसों से भारतीय टुकड़ों पर पल रहे हैं फ़िर भी अमरनाथ में यात्रियों की सुविधा के लिये अस्थाई रुप से ज़मीन का एक टुकड़ा देने में उन्हें खतरा नज़र आने लगता है और विरोध में सड़कों पर आ जाते हैं… या स्वायत्तता उन्हें देंगे जो सरेआम भारत का तिरंगा जला रहे हैं, 15 अगस्त को "काला दिवस" मना रहे हैं? किस स्वायत्तता की बात हो रही है मनमोहन जी, थोड़ा हमें भी तो बतायें।

इतने गम्भीर मुद्दे पर राष्ट्रीय मीडिया, अखबारों और चैनलों की ठण्डी प्रतिक्रिया और शून्य कवरेज भी आश्चर्य पैदा करने वाला है। प्रधानमंत्री के इस बयान के बावजूद, मीडिया क्या दिखा रहा है? 1) शाहरुख खान ने KKR के लिये पाकिस्तानी खिलाड़ी को खरीदा और पाकिस्तान के खिलाड़ियों का समर्थन किया… 2) राहुल गाँधी की लोकप्रियता में भारी उछाल…, 3) पीपली लाइव की लॉंचिंग… आदि-आदि-आदि। आप कहेंगे कि मीडिया तो बार-बार कश्मीर की हिंसा की खबरें दिखा रहा है… जी हाँ ज़रूर दिखा रहा है, लेकिन हेडलाइन, बाइलाइन, टिकर और स्क्रीन में नीचे चलने वाले स्क्रोल में अधिकतर आपको "कश्मीर में गुस्सा…", "कश्मीर का युवा आक्रोशित…", "कश्मीर में सुरक्षा बलों पर आक्रोशित युवाओं की पत्थरबाजी…" जैसी खबरें दिखाई देंगी। सवाल उठता है कि क्या मीडिया और चैनलों में राष्ट्रबोध नाम की चीज़ एकदम खत्म हो गई है? या ये किसी के इशारे पर इस प्रकार की हेडलाइनें दिखाते हैं?

कश्मीर में गुस्सा, आक्रोश? किस बात पर आक्रोश? और किस पर गुस्सा? भारत की सरकार पर? लेकिन भारत सरकार (यानी प्रकारान्तर से करोड़ों टैक्स भरने वाले) तो इन कश्मीरियों को 60 साल से पाल-पोस रहे हैं, फ़िर किस बात का आक्रोश? भारत की सरकार के कई कानून वहाँ चलते नहीं, कुछ को वे मानते नहीं, उनका झण्डा अलग है, उनका संविधान अलग है, भारत का नागरिक वहाँ ज़मीन खरीद नहीं सकता, धारा 370 के तहत विशेषाधिकार मिला हुआ है, हिन्दुओं (कश्मीरी पण्डितों) को बाकायदा "धार्मिक सफ़ाये" के तहत कश्मीर से बाहर किया जा चुका है… फ़िर किस बात का गुस्सा है भई? कहीं यह हरामखोरी की चर्बी तो नहीं? लगता तो यही है। वरना क्या कारण है कि 14-15 साल के लड़के से लेकरयासीन मलिक, गिलानी और अब्दुल गनी लोन जैसे बुज़ुर्ग भी भारत सरकार से, जब देखो तब खफ़ा रहते हैं।

जबकि दूसरी तरफ़ देखें तो भारत के नागरिक, हिन्दू संगठन, तमाम टैक्स देने वाले और भारत को अखण्ड देखने की चाह रखने वाले देशप्रेमी… जिनको असल में गुस्सा आना चाहिये, आक्रोशित होना चाहिये, नाराज़ी जताना चाहिये… वे नपुंसक की तरह चुपचाप बैठे हैं और "स्वायत्तता" का राग सुन रहे हैं? कोई भी उठकर ये सवाल नहीं करता कि कश्मीर के पत्थरबाजों को पालने, यासीन मलिक जैसे देशद्रोहियों को दिल्ली लाकर पाँच सितारा होटलों में रुकवाने और भाषण करवाने के लिये हम टैक्स क्यों दें? किसी राजदीप या बुरका दत्त ने कभी किसी कश्मीरी पण्डित का इंटरव्यू लिया कि उसमें कितना आक्रोश है? लाखों हिन्दू लूटे गये, बलात्कार किये गये, उनके मन्दिर तोड़े गये, क्योंकि गिलानी के पाकिस्तानी आका ऐसा चाहते थे, तो जिन्हें गुस्सा आया होगा कभी उन्हें किसी चैनल पर दिखाया? नहीं दिखाया, क्यों? क्या आक्रोशित होने और गुस्सा होने का हक सिर्फ़ कश्मीर के हुल्लड़बाजों को ही है, राष्ट्रवादियों को नहीं?

लेकिन जैसे ही "राष्ट्रवाद" की बात की जाती है, मीडिया को हुड़हुड़ी का बुखार आ जाता है, राष्ट्रवाद की बात करना, हिन्दू हितों की बात करना तो मानो वर्जित ही है… किसी टीवी एंकर की औकात नहीं है कि वह कश्मीरी पण्डितों की दुर्गति और नारकीय परिस्थितियों पर कोई कार्यक्रम बनाये और उसे हेडलाइन बनाकर जोर-शोर से प्रचारित कर सके, कोई चैनल देश को यह नहीं बताता कि आज तक कश्मीर के लिये भारत सरकार ने कितना-कुछ किया है, क्योंकि उनके मालिकों को "पोलिटिकली करेक्ट" रहना है, उन्हें कांग्रेस को नाराज़ नहीं करना है… स्वाभाविक सी बात है कि तब जनता पूछेगी कि इतना पैसा खर्च करने के बावजूद कश्मीर में बेरोज़गारी क्यों है? पिछले 60 साल से कश्मीर में किसकी हुकूमत चल रही थी? दिल्ली में बैठे सूरमा, खरबों रुपये खर्च करने बावजूद कश्मीर में शान्ति क्यों नहीं ला सके? ऐसे असुविधाजनक सवालों से "सेकुलरिज़्म" बचना चाहता है, इसलिये हमें समझाया जा रहा है कि "कश्मीरी युवाओं में आक्रोश और गुस्सा" है।

इधर अपने देश में गद्दार किस्म का मीडिया है, प्रस्तुत चित्र में देखिये "नवभारत टाइम्स अखबार" फ़ोटो के कैप्शन में लिखता है "कश्मीरी मुसलमान महिला" और "भारतीय पुलिसवाला", क्या मतलब है इसका? क्या नवभारत टाइम्स इशारा करना चाहता है कि कश्मीर भारत से अलग हो चुका है और भारतीय पुलिस(?) कश्मीरी मुस्लिमों पर अत्याचार कर रही है? यही तो पाकिस्तानी और अलगाववादी कश्मीरी भी कहते हैं… मजे की बात तो यह कि यही मीडिया संस्थान "अमन की आशा" टाइप के आलतू-फ़ालतू कार्यक्रम भी आयोजित कर लेते हैं। जबकि उधर पाकिस्तान में उच्च स्तर पर सभी के सभी लोग कश्मीर को भारत से अलग करने में जी-जान से जुटे हैं, इसका सबूत यह है कि हाल ही में जब संयुक्त राष्ट्र के महासचिव बान किं मून ने कश्मीर के सन्दर्भ में अपना विवादास्पद बयान पढ़ा था (बाद में उन्होंने कहा कि यह उनका मूल बयान नहीं है)... असल में बान के बयान का मजमून बदलने वाला व्यक्ति संयुक्त राष्ट्र में पाकिस्तान का प्रवक्ता फ़रहान हक है, जिसने मूल बयान में हेराफ़ेरी करके उसमें "कश्मीर" जोड़ दिया। फ़रहान हक ने तो अपने देश के प्रति देशभक्ति दिखाई, लेकिन भारत के तथाकथित सेकुलरिज़्म के पैरोकार क्यों अपना मुँह सिले बैठे रहते हैं? जमाने भर में दाऊद इब्राहीम का पता लेकर घूमते रहते हैं… दाऊद यहाँ है, दाऊद वहाँ है, दाऊद ने आज खाना खाया, दाऊद ने आज पानी पिया… अरे भाई, देश की जनता को इससे क्या मतलब? देश की जनता तो तब खुश होगी, जब सरकार "रॉ" जैसी संस्था के आदमियों की मदद से दाऊद को पाकिस्तान में घुसकर निपटा दें… और फ़िर मीडिया भारत की सरकार का अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर गुणगान करे… यह तो मीडिया और सरकार से बनेगा नहीं… इसलिये"अमन की आशा" का राग अलापते हैं…।

दिल्ली और विभिन्न राज्यों में एक "अल्पसंख्यक आयोग" और "मानवाधिकार आयोग" नाम के दो "बिजूके" बैठे हैं, लेकिन इनकी निगाह में कश्मीरी हिन्दुओं का कोई मानवाधिकार नहीं है, गलियों से आकर पत्थर मारने वाले, गोलियाँ चलाने वालों से सहानुभूति है, लेकिन अपने घर-परिवार से दूर रहकर 24 घण्टे अपनी ड्यूटी निभाने वाले सैनिक के लिये कोई मानवाधिकार नहीं?मार-मारकर भगाये गये कश्मीरी पण्डित इनकी निगाह में "अल्पसंख्यक" नहीं हैं, क्योंकि "अल्पसंख्यक" की परिभाषा भी तो इन्हीं कांग्रेसियों द्वारा गढ़ी गई है। मनमोहन सिंह जी को यह कहना तो याद रहता है कि "देश के संसाधनों पर पहला हक मुस्लिमों का है…", लेकिन कश्मीरी पंडितों के दर्द और लाखों अमरनाथ यात्रियों के वाजिब हक के मुद्दे पर उनके मुँह में दही जम जाता है। वाकई में गाँधीवादियों, सेकुलरों और मीडिया ने मिलकर एकदम "बधियाकरण" ही कर डाला है देश का… देशहित से जुड़े किसी मुद्दे पर कोई सार्थक बहस नहीं, भारत के हितों से जुड़े मुद्दों पर देश का पक्ष लेने की बजाय, या तो विदेशी ताकतों का गुणगान या फ़िर देशविरोधी ताकतों के प्रति सहानुभूति पैदा करना… आखिर कितना गिरेगा हमारा मीडिया?

अब जबकि खरबों रुपये खर्च करने के बावजूद कश्मीर की स्थिति 20 साल पहले जैसी ही है, तो समय आ गया है कि हमें गिलानी-यासीन जैसों से दो-टूक बात करनी चाहिये कि आखिर किस प्रकार की आज़ादी चाहते हैं वे? कैसी स्वायत्तता चाहिये उन्हें? क्या स्वायत्तता का मतलब यही है कि भारत उन लोगों को अपने आर्थिक संसाधनों से पाले-पोसे, वहाँ बिजली परियोजनाएं लगाये, बाँध बनाये… यहाँ तक कि डल झील की सफ़ाई भी केन्द्र सरकार करवाये? उनसे पूछना चाहिये कि 60 साल में भारत सरकार ने जो खरबों रुपया दिया, उसका क्या हुआ? उसके बदले में पत्थरबाजों और उनके आकाओं ने भारत को एक पैसा भी लौटाया? क्या वे सिर्फ़ फ़ोकट का खाना ही जानते हैं, चुकाना नहीं?

गलती पूरी तरह से उनकी भी नहीं है, नेहरु ने अपनी गलतियों से जिस कश्मीर को हमारी छाती पर बोझ बना दिया था, उसे ढोने में सभी सरकारें लगी हुई हैं… जो वर्ग विशेष को खुश करने के चक्कर में कश्मीरियों की परवाह करती रहती हैं। ये जो बार-बार मीडियाई भाण्ड, कश्मीरियों का गुस्सा, युवाओं का आक्रोश जैसी बात कर रहे हैं, यह आक्रोश और गुस्सा सिर्फ़ "पाकिस्तानी" भावना रखने वालों के दिल में ही है, बाकियों के दिल में नहीं, और यह लोग मशीनगनों से गोलियों की बौछार खाने की औकात ही रखते हैं जो कि उन्हें दिखाई भी जानी चाहिये…, उलटे यहाँ तो सेना पूरी तरह से हटाने की बात हो रही है। अलगाववादियों से सहानुभूति रखने वाला देशभक्त हो ही नहीं सकता, उन्हें जो भी सहानुभूति मिलेगी वह विदेश से…। चीन ने जैसे थ्येन-आनमन चौक में विद्रोह को कुचलकर रख दिया था… अब तो वैसा ही करना पड़ेगा। कश्मीर को 5 साल के लिये पूरी तरह सेना के हवाले करो, अलगाववादी नेताओं को गिरफ़्तार करके जेल में सड़ाओ या उड़ाओ, धारा 370 खत्म करके जम्मू से हिन्दुओं को कश्मीर में बसाना शुरु करो और उधर का जनसंख्या सन्तुलन बदलो…विभिन्न प्रचार माध्यमों से मूर्ख कश्मीरी उग्रवादी नेताओं और "भटके हुए नौजवानों"(?) को समझाओ कि भारत के बिना उनकी औकात दो कौड़ी की भी नहीं है… क्योंकि यदि वे पाकिस्तान में जा मिले तो नर्क मिलेगा और उनकी बदकिस्मती से "आज़ाद कश्मीर"(?) बन भी गया तो अमेरिका वहाँ किसी न किसी बहाने कदम जमायेगा…, अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय बिराद

Anti Corruption Movement

Today, corruption has reached to each and every part of our life.
Corruption has for many, become a matter of habit, ranging from grand corruption involving persons in high places to retail corruption touching the everyday life of common people. Anti-corruption interventions so far made are seen to be ineffectual and there is widespread public cynicism about them.In fact, there is no reason to believe that we, as a people, are more prone to corruption than any other culture or society. Wherever competition and choice are institutionalized, and technology and transparency have been introduced, corruption has been reduced. What we need is political will, systemic improvement and relentless
and assured application of law. The present law against corruption and its application suffer from several lacunae including absence of effective provisions for forfeiture of property of corrupt public
servants, dilatory processes because of overload of criminal cases in courts, political control of investigative agencies, weak prosecution, and legal requirements of prior sanction of prosecution of public servants accused of corruption.
If we look around, will see that nobody and nothing is untouched with corruption be it a Defence wing which is aasumed to be the finest wing of our country but ????
If such a domain is corrupted then how can we think of other domain remain non-corrupted.
Due to this corruption, Common Wealth Games are going to be held in such a horrible condition. We all know about this.

So dont you think that we shall launch ANTI CORRUPTION MOVEMENT and in leu of that let a bill passed in parliament.

So give your points/ideas to be included in the bill and start this movement.

3) Whoever unduly influences law enforcement agencies and prosecution and abets in obstruction or perversion of justice shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which shall not be less than two years but which may extend to five years and shall also be liable to fine. 4) Whoever squanders public money by leading ostentatious official life-styles shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which shall not be less than two years but which may extend to five years and shall also be liable to fine.
